Received excellent service by this location. Manager Dustin took my vehicle in on the same day, had driver Henry drop me off at work, called me throughout the day and gave me updates, picked me up when the car was ready. The driver Henry was very polite and the vehicle had cold a/c!! Will definitely return!!!

Originally visited this location for vehicle maintenance after receiving a quote days before. However, after the service was completed and payment made, I compared the quote after the fact to the charges; and despite it being the same exact services and parts, I was overcharged. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to provide a refund, only store credit without acknowledging they had purposely overcharged. They also have no publicly posted pricing, other than requesting quotes, even for basic and standard services. Following that incident, and now having store credit that needed to be used, I tried three separate times to use the store credit unsuccessfully, due to continual issues from the location. The first time, they abruptly began to close on Saturdays, despite, not having it updated online at that time, and still not updated on this Google description. The second time, I went by during the week on a non-holiday afternoon before its advertised closed time of 5:30 pm and all the garages were closed, including the lobby. I have been meaning to write this review since last week as promised. Oil change was super quick! I’ve been here before, Sandra and Daniel have helped me in the past so I was looking for them. Dustin informed me he is the new owner. Can definitely say the service was quicker, but missing the personal touch. Five stars for speed of service.

Huge thanks to Dustin and the team at RGV Tire Pros for helping get my 2023 Ram ProMaster 2500 back on the road. My van is a critical tool for my business and how I provide for my family, and Dustin understood that from the start. He kept me updated throughout the process, was honest about what was going on, and took the time to explain the technical side of the repairs so I never felt left in the dark. I also want people to know these guys stay busy, but that never made me feel forgotten — it was clear they were doing their due diligence and trying to take care of every customer the right way. That level of communication and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Big kudos to Dustin and the whole RGV Tire Pros team — I’m genuinely grateful and honestly feel like I found my go-to mechanic.

We have been doing business with them for many years. Always friendly service and the job done right! Dustin, the new manager, has been very helpful and friendly. Also very responsive and fair. I will continue to take my vehicles to them, knowing that Dustin and Sandra will always make sure the service/repairs are done right and for a fair price.
